Before Returning an Item

  • Review our full returns and exchanges policy below.
  • Contact us at Info@Asgard503.com with your order number and reason for return. If there's a way we can resolve your issue without requiring a return, we’d love to help save you the hassle of mailing it back.

Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be in original condition with all hangtags attached.
  • Orders that received free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund or exchange credit. As a small company, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot absorb return shipping and restocking costs on non-defective items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless specifically authorized by us.
  • Exchanges will incur additional shipping fees.
  • Asgard Supply Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Refused, unopened, or returned orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.

Defective Returns

We are committed to providing high-quality Jiu-Jitsu apparel. If your item is defective, we want to make it right.

How to Report a Defective Item:

  1. Email us at Info@Asgard503.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the defect
    • A description of the issue
  2. Wait for our response—we will review your case before approving a return.

Resolution:

  • Most defective returns will result in an exchange or full refund, but we evaluate each case individually.
  • If a defective return is sent without prior approval, our non-defective return policy will apply.

Manufacturer’s Defect Policy

At Asgard Supply Co., we take pride in the quality and durability of our Jiu-Jitsu apparel and accessories. If you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, we want to make it right.

What Qualifies as a Manufacturer’s Defect?

A manufacturer’s defect refers to a flaw in materials or craftsmanship that affects the function, durability, or intended design of the product. Examples include:

  • Defective stitching or seams that come apart prematurely
  • Fabric defects such as holes, tears, or irregular printing
  • Broken or faulty zippers and fasteners
  • Peeling or fading of sublimated designs outside of normal wear and tear

Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, washing, or training-related incidents do not qualify as a manufacturer’s defect.

How to Report a Manufacturer’s Defect

If you believe your item has a manufacturer’s defect, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [info@Asgard503.com] with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the defect
    • Photos showing the issue
  2. Wait for our response—we will review your case and determine the best resolution.

Resolution Options

  • If deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • In rare cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • Defective returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions & Limitations

  • Manufacturer’s defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Defects caused by misuse, improper care, or excessive wear are not covered.
  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale unless they have a confirmed manufacturer’s defect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 12 days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.

Please note: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the transaction, and the refund may not appear until your next billing cycle.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Discounted or clearance items (Final Sale)
  • Washed, worn, altered, or modified apparel
  • Soiled or damaged items not due to a manufacturer’s defect
