How do I choose the right size for my rash guard or spats?

We recommend checking our sizing charts on each product page. Our gear is designed for an athletic fit but if you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.

Are your rash guards IBJJF legal?

No, Our standard rash guards are not IBJJF legal (as they do not follow color rank guidelines), but they are perfect for no-gi training, competition, and everyday rolling.

Do your rash guards and shorts shrink after washing?

No, our gear is made from high-quality, pre-shrunk, moisture-wicking fabrics that maintain their fit even after multiple washes and hard training sessions.

Do your Gis shrink after washing?

Yes, they are made of 100% NON-preshrunk cotton will shrink up to an inch on the sleeve and pant cuffs, if washed hot and dried in the dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We offer international shipping (standard rates apply). Please note that any unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Asgard Supply Co.

What is your return policy?

Before returning an item, review our return policy and email info@Asgard503.com with your order number and reason for return. Non-defective returns must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days. Refunds are subject to shipping cost deductions, and exchanges incur shipping fees. Defective items require prior approval—email us with a photo and description before returning. Refunds are processed within 12 days after inspection. Final sale items, including discounted, clearance, or worn items, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. A more detailed version of our policy can be found HERE

We ship via USPS and UPS to the continental United States for a flat rate of $8.00. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and pre-orders (which will ship by the date specified on the product page).

• We can deliver to P.O. boxes.
• All deliveries default to residential addresses unless a business name is included in the shipping information.
• USPS and UPS will leave your package at the designated delivery location without prior notice unless you request otherwise.

Returns

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unworn and unwashed apparel and accessory items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Accepted within 30 calendar days of customer delivery
• All items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and any/all hangtags must be attached to the garments
• If you received free shipping on your order - The order is recalculated and the actual shipping cost of the original shipment is deducted from the refund or exchange credit, please understand that we are a small company and it would hurt us greatly if we had to pay for shipping expenses and restocking costs on non-defective returns.
• Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping
• Exchanges will incur shipping costs
• Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced by us
• Refused, unopened, or returned by the carrier for any reason - refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Part of our mission is to provide high quality apparel and accessory items. If your item is defective, we want to know and we want to make it right!

Prior to returning your defective item, please contact us at info@Asgard503.com with a picture of the defective item and description how our product failed to meet your standards.

• If you fail to contact us prior to returning the item and we determine that it is not defective, our non-defective return policy will apply 
• Most defective returns will result in an exchange or store credit, however, because they are so rare, we take each defective return on a case-by-case basis

PURCHASE REFUNDOnce your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. *Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE RETURNEDAny DISCOUNTED, CLEARANCE ITMES, washed, worn, altered, modified, or soiled items cannot be returned. If returned, your purchase will not be refunded.  If however, there is a manufactures defect please consult our "Manufactures Defect" policy.
